In China, I have been engaged in customer communication and service-related work for about 6 years. After I came to New Zealand, I ran and managed my own coffee shop for the first 3 years. After more than 1 year, I have been working in an IT Repair and a retail company which are responsible for sales and customer service. My basic job is to serve different customers every day, introduce company products to customers, and answer questions raised by customers. For after-sales service, it mainly helps customers record and solve the problems they encounter. Especially in the three-year self-management stage, I cultivated how to work with employees of different cultural backgrounds, how to plan and manage daily work reasonably and effectively, and how to deal with accidents or emergencies urgently. Because of my work and cultural background, I like to communicate with people and understand different cultures. My wish is to become a person who can help others.
