Tim is originally from Taiwan, immigrated to New Zealand when he was still in high school. He has lived in Auckland for more than 10 years and just loves it. He has witnessed the rapid property market changes from year 2000 onwards in the North Shore area. Influenced by his family, Tim started property investments of his own from 2007 and was quickly intrigued by the real estate industry.

From his own experiences as a vendor and a buyer, he realized that people want a salesperson that does not just "bring home buyers and sellers together", but will also help them meet their needs. Tim speaks fluent English, Chinese and basic Japanese. This multicultural background and experiences have helped him deal with clients from all cultures.
