About Reuben

Reuben has called the North Shore home for 20 years — living in Milford, Takapuna, and Castor Bay before settling with his partner, fellow Harcourts salesperson Jet Conde, in their “forever home” in Long Bay. With children Mila (19) and Ilo (16) having grown up in local schools, Reuben’s connection to the Shore runs deep — it’s fair to say he truly lives and loves this community.

Reuben brings a unique professional background to real estate. As co-owner and creative director of Real TV, one of New Zealand’s leading video production agencies, he worked with major corporations, government organisations, and household names — helping people communicate authentically and shine on screen. His career as a TV director and producer for the BBC, Animal Planet, National Geographic and TVNZ sharpened his ability to craft stories that resonate. In real estate, he uses those same skills to bring each property’s unique story to life, creating connection and desire in buyers.

Alongside his media career, Reuben has been an active property investor since 2001, with experience in both Auckland and the USA. A dual citizen who lived in New York and Los Angeles before returning home in 2000, he also spent six years coaching others in property investment and renovation — giving him a sharp eye for adding value and helping first-home buyers get a start.
