Having lived in New Zealand for 21 Years Richard completed his business degree major in Accountancy and Applied Marketing from Massey University. All the business Richard has been involved in has a connection to the Real Estate Industry.

The experience of studying, training and working helped Richard develop his strong logical thinking and the most valuable gain from it, the well-knit way of conducting projects for his clients.

Working as a Manager for a property development company, he was able to gain the ability to find some of the best solutions for his clients also efficient ways to work with architects, lawyers, bankers and a subcontractor.

Richard also has a sound knowledge of the mortgage industry after working for a Mortgage broker company, he understands how important the finance condition is, for every property Seller and Buyer.

Richard is a family man raising a teenage daughter. In his spare time, he enjoys movies and has a passion for the kitchen. Swimming is his favourite sport; he is a member of Stanmore Bay Leisure Centre and a sponsor for Surf Life Saving New Zealand.

Richard can speak in multi languages, Mandarin, Cantonese and English, of course. He is super extroverted and always keen to give a hand, yes, he loves to help! Having been Living on the peninsula for more than 10 years, Richard has fallen in love with the beautiful coast, beaches, marina and above these, the people, wonderful people around!
