After a small break for refreshments we are back on the market (again) and due to a change of circumstances this second time around there can be only one conclusion, and that is a sale at the drop of the auctioneers hammer. Suffering from a bit of neglect this poor child needs just a bit of attention to bring it back up to looking its best. Specifically what this place needs is a little touch of the Cinderella's. Give it a haircut - cut the grass. Bling up the garaging. Foof up the house and BANG, there you go. This is a classic example of the worst house in the street. But isn't that what you look for if you're looking for a chance for instant value improvement. Glib chat aside you're going to have to roll your sleeves up and apply a little elbow grease here but located where it is and the size of the parcel the returns on that labour are obvious.
