Clemow's Orchard - A Rich Orchard Heritage
Once a thriving fruit-growing area, it was part of an active apple-export business in the 1930s-Don and Jessie Clemow famously loaded apples onto trucks for export from Rosedale Road. It remained farmland until the 1990s, when urban development pressures changed the landscape. Some original apple trees still stand in nearby reserves, a living link to its past.
