... I make up for in location. You can sit in my lounge or on my deck and see the beach, wander to Matakatia beach in a couple of minutes and Tindalls Bay in a few minutes more. I'm getting a bit long in the tooth but in my opinion I still have my good points - other than my location. I've got two big bedrooms, a decent sized lounge and my bathroom and kitchen aren't flash but they are tidy. I have a nice tenant who looks after me and would love to stay but if you would like to be my new friend that is fine too. I am priced to sell but you should act quickly as my viewing times are limited and Karen can tell you when they are - give her a call.
