*** Open home cancelled this Sunday *** ... and at over 105 years of age, my owner has left me. We had great times here together, looking down from the sunny deck over all the activity at Arkles Bay by day and across at the twinkling lights of Auckland at night, pottering in the lovely garden and entertaining friends and family. In my humble opinion, I am rather special and would scrub up quite well again. I am much bigger than I look from the road, my room sizes are generous with the master bedroom enjoying a walk in wardrobe - a real treat in the days I was built, just like the big utility room. You can enjoy the amazing panoramic views from the kitchen as well as the living room and I also enjoy privacy and good off street parking. I don't mean to skite but as well as the fantastic views, I have that great real estate thing called 'location' - a short walk to the beach as well as the shops, movies and doctors and a slightly longer walk to the schools with buses passing by my door.
