I may be an oldie, but I am a goodie and a sun-drenched one as I face north all day. I may look a little dated but I think I've got still got great bones and what I may not have in the looks department, I make up for in the location department in spades. You can see the sea from the front lawn - you get a peep from the kitchen and even the laundry, but it doesn't really matter as you can be on the beach in a few minutes - depending on how long it takes to cross the road. The cafes and shops are also a short walk away. I'm unlikely to be around for long so come and visit me soon.
