Across the road from iconic Orewa Beach is this 'diamond in the rough'. Once a bulldozer removes the 'rough', you will be left with a flat quarter acre that sits lengthwise facing north and has two cross lease titles. This is probably the last opportunity in Orewa to secure a quarter acre with the only thing between you and the sea being the reserve (and road). For the really brave, you may have visions of resurrecting the current townhouses - you are welcome to look but I'm sure you will come to the same conclusion and call the bulldozer.
