When my current owners started discussing their dreams of a rural move with each other late last year, I started to get that tingly feeling in my framework. Yes, they had been discussing it ever since they built me 3 years ago, often referring to me as just a stepping stone. Which I thought was the pavers outside, so I was never sure of when it would happen. But when the real estate agent turned up with the paperwork and I knew it was on, I almost blew my roof off with excitement. Don't get me wrong though, I have loved my time with my original owners and the memories we have created together. Watching their two boys grow from babies and learn to talk, walk and play has made me so proud, as after all a lot of my features were built with them in mind. My fully fenced and flat yard, flowing and visible from the open plan living spaces, has been a safe haven for relaxing and entertaining their friends and family, as well as their dog and 3 cats that have joined us during our time together. But as all us houses know, our owners will eventually move on at some stage, because a forever home is just something those cheesy agents have come up with. I really am my own forever home when you think about it properly and the thought of getting to meet my new owners in the upcoming weeks, really does get my pipes flowing. So, what are you waiting for? Get the kids in the car and come walk through my front door at one of my open homes or call my agent for a private viewing.
