Tim commenced his commercial real estate career in late 1989. His key skill set is in project marketing locally and nationally. Tim utilises the massive Harcourts residential and commercial network to powerful effect. With approximately 35 years in the business, Tim brings a wealth of contacts, experience and disciplined approach to the table.

Tim is a past Commodore of the Milford Cruising Club and led the 2017 – 2019 changes to the Club's facility and operations. His personal interests include Sailing and Master’s Athletics. Tim is ranked 2^nd Nationally for his age group in the 100m and 200m (2024 age group ranking)

Tim’s core professional belief is that success and longevity in real estate is about relationships and constantly working on your health / life balance.
