About Rohan

Rohan has the better part of 20 years working in Commercial Property. Initially, he commenced his career on the North shore in 2003 before expanding into the Auckland CBD and fringe for 10 years, more recently South/ West Auckland and the southern corridor.

During these years he has become a specialist in commercial leasing and sales. Some of the more recent transactions include new Head Office for Royal Wolf Containers. United Industries Head Office and office warehouse for Knobs and Knockers(KnK), Carters Tyres Head Office, Forsyth Barr East Tamaki.


A new Design Build Warehouse and office for Cascade NZ (forklift specialists) to match Jonel Hydraulics building in Blackburn Road and relocation of Uniden's Office Warehouse. A 2,000 sqm office lease for Elim Church with landlord Bryce/Reeve Barnett plus work completed for AMP Capital Botany (Canadian Pension funds), Westfield Manukau, Auckland City Council and two transactions for NZ Window Shades.


Born in Hamilton, Rohan moved to Auckland and was educated at Auckland Grammar School. He spent two years playing in the 1st XI Hockey Team and was New Zealand’s Under 19 Yachting National Champion twice. Rohan’s background as a 1996 Olympian demonstrates that he has the positive energy and drive to reach his goals, and deliver results.

Prior to working in commercial property, Rohan enjoyed four years as International Sales Manager for Gaastra Windsurfing Company and was based in Shenzhen China at the manufacturing facility for over two years with his wife Sarah working in an American school as a teacher. Rohan’s ambition to move into sales came as a result of working in the sales team at Pepsi Cola before Lion Breweries sold the division to Frucor Beverages.
