Originally from China, upon her graduation from University Ming set up and operated her own business in the competitive marketplace of Shanghai. This taught her the importance of superior customer service and instilled the ability to work with a variety of people from all different professions, social and cultural backgrounds.
In New Zealand, Ming and her family have made Long Bay their home and Ming considers herself extremely privileged to be able to live and work in such a wonderful community. Every real estate transaction has been enriched by the wonderful people she has worked with. They are no longer clients… but friends.
Ming feels privileged to live and work in the Long Bay community and continually seeks to give back for the support and hospitality she's received. Her presence is notable, whether on the Long Bay Residents Business Association Board or helping at various events. Her unwavering support extends to Long Bay College events, quarterly clean-ups, tree planting with Long Bay Primary School and the Restore Hibiscus and Bays group, and sponsorship and involvement with the new Best Start daycare centre.
Ming isn’t just a resident of Long Bay; she’s part of the heartbeat of the community. Her actions continually weave the fabric of a better, brighter Long Bay, making it a place where everyone feels connected and cared for. She was the proud recipient of the 2023 Harcourts Cooper & Co Commitment to Community Award and will continue to do what she can to enhance the Long Bay Community.
Ming is supported by Sales Consultants Rainey Tian and Harry Zheng, along with Executive Assistant Holly Willmott.
Rainey brings a background in sales and interior design, with a strong focus on market analysis, negotiation, and customer service. Her passion for real estate grew through close work with homeowners.
Harry, originally from China, moved to NZ in 2017 after a successful IT career. Now based in the East Coast Bays with his family, he’s excited to bring his skills into real estate as part of Team Ming.
Holly, originally from the UK, has called NZ home since 2004. With over seven years of real estate experience and a background in office management, she ensures Team Ming runs smoothly and delivers exceptional service.
